Checking Your Account Information

Your CacheFly account information holds contact details for you and your company.

By making sure that this information is up to date, you enable CacheFly to contact you in case of questions or incidents and maintain correct customer information for conformance.

Displaying Account Information

To see your account information:

  • Log in to the CacheFly portal

  • Navigate to the Administration top-level menu

  • Click on the Account menu item.

Your account information is then displayed.

Editing Account Information

To edit your account information (Administration > Account):

  • Check the information in the Company Info and Address fields

  • Update the information if necessary

  • Click on the Save Changes button to save any changes.

A confirmatory message (Account updated with success) will then appear on the screen.
