Billing and Plan Details

To consult your CacheFly billing and plan details:

  • Log in to the CacheFly portal

  • Navigate to the Administration top-level menu

  • Click on the Billing menu item.

Your billing and plan details will then be displayed.

Billing and Plan Information Display

Your billing information display screen (Administration > Billing) shows three tabs in a horizontal line:

  • Plan Details with information on services being provided, costs, and the next billing date

  • Invoices for a list of invoices issued so far for payment for your account

  • Credit Card for information on the credit card or payment card you used to set up your account.

Edit Your Credit Card Details

To change the credit card information associated with your account, first navigate to your billing information display screen (Administration > Billing).

  • Click on the Credit Card tab

  • Then click on the Edit Credit Card button at the top right of the tab

  • A popup window will appear for you to edit the current information or replace it with new credit card details

  • You can change the values of the following parameters for the credit card information associated with your account

    • Credit Card Number

    • Name on Card

    • Expiry Date

    • Address

  • When you have finished your edits, click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the popup window to save your changes.

The system will display a confirmation message letting you know that your credit card information has been updated.

The updated credit card information will be reflected in your next billing statement.
