Giving Feedback
CacheFly welcomes comments and suggestions that can help improve its services and increase their value to users.
Where to Give Feedback
To send your feedback:
Log in to the CacheFly portal
Navigate to the Support top-level menu (at the top right of the screen)
Click on the Send Feedback menu item.
A popup window appears for you to enter your feedback.
Using the Feedback Popup Window
To give your feedback in the CacheFly feedback popup window (Support > Send Feedback):
Enter your message (feedback, comment, suggestion, for example) in the Message field
Click on the Send button to send your message to CacheFly.
A confirmatory message is displayed (Feedback sent with success).
A copy of your feedback message is also sent to the email address currently defined in your CacheFly user profile.
