Where to Change Your Password
To change your password:
Log in to the CacheFly portal
Navigate to the Administration top-level menu
Click on the Users menu item.
A list of users for your CacheFly account appears (scroll the graphics in this step horizontally if necessary to see this second screen).
Click on your own username in the USERNAME column.
In the screen that appears next, the heading My Profile confirms that you are displaying your own user information.
How to Change Your Password
Click on the PASSWORD link on the left of the screen (Administration > Users > USERNAME > Your username) to change your password.
In the Change Password screen that appears:
Enter the new password of your choice, or use the Generate password link to generate a secure password.
Enter the same new password again in the Repeat Password field below.
When you have finished, click on the Save New Password button.
Forget Your Password?
If you forget your password, you can log out to display the CacheFly Portal login window again and the Forgot your password? link.
Click on this link to display a new window with instructions on receiving a new password from CacheFly for your username.
